1. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments made to Socilyt are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A technical issue from Socilyt’s side prevents service access for an extended period.

• A duplicate payment has been made.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the account dashboard.

2. Effect of Cancellation

• Cancellation stops future billing.

• Access to paid features remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

3. No Partial Refunds

No refunds or credits will be provided for unused subscription periods.
