Since Socilyt provides a digital SaaS product, refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• If you are charged incorrectly or face technical issues preventing access.

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

• No refunds will be provided for change of mind, unused services, or subscription cancellations after 7 days.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
